So I know thus might surprise some folks but I just had a great experience at this particular Chili's. I sat at her bar and had drinks and a decent meal. But my service was fantastic! And so we're my margaritas. There is a new bartender and his name is Shaun. He is turning it around. He is experienced and mild mannered. He is friendly and knows what he's doing. I left happy.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my husband and we got the trio sampler and the ultimate smokehouse combo. Our server Jasmine was really attentive and checked up on us every 10-15 minutes to see if we needed anything. The ambiance is dim and reminds me of the typical American chain restaurants. The restaurant was clean and had a good amount of people at 2:30PM. Our food came in 15ish minutes and the food was better than I expected. We were stuffed with the amount of food we ordered. It was a nice variety since we both ordered different things to share. Parking lot and area is a little sketchy but there's a loud microphone that blast every 10 minutes in the parking to not leave items in your car.

I can't remember the last time I ate at Chili's but I think I won't wait so long for my next trip here. Our party of 3 came on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately at a booth that they just cleaned. Steven was our server and though his section was bustling, we weren't rushed to order and he was attentive. We ordered the triple dipper as an appetizer and it came out later than I expected since we still took a few minutes to order our entree. 2 of us had the 3 items for $10.99 and I had ordered the brisket quesadilla. The appetizers were good, but I must have missed where the different dip options were. We got 2 cups of ranch dip which was fine. We also got a big order of chips and salsa and a good size bowl of the chicken tortilla soup. I think a salad was supposed to come out too, but it didn't show up (which was okay as we had too much food). Instead of my brisket quesadilla, I received a brisket burger. Hmmmm, I thought... maybe I ordered wrong. Steven had gotten so busy that I didn't want to bug him about it and I didn't want to make the others wait to correct my order so I dove into it. It was really yummy. 3 bites (and maybe 8 minutes) into my burger, a waitress comes by and says, "This should be your correct meal" and here was a brisket quesadilla. The waitress said if you're happy with the burger that's fine, or you can have the quesadilla. Oh, so you're going to take away the burger if I switch over to the quesadilla? Yes. But then the burger will be thrown out. I decided to stay with the burger. I think they were able to serve the quesadilla elsewhere since it wasn't touched by me. I hope so, as I hate to see food wasted. Not sure what the price difference was as the bill showed the quesadilla price. In any event, I enjoyed the brisket burger and will have to try the quesadillas another time.

I usually don't eat at Chilli's, no particular reason but we can hear for a graduation lunch and my niece told me I should try the Triple Dipper. I asked the hostess if they've had it. And they both said it was their fav. So, I went for it! Let me tell you this appetizer changed my life. Lol! Two sliders with cheese, southwestern egg rolls and honey chipotle crispy chicken crispers with ample choices of dipping sauces. DELISH!! Definitely my fav!!

As inflation has started to subside, I suppose Chili's has realized they can offer a decent deal. That deal is the 3 for Me Menu. The 3 for Me Menu allows you to select a beverage, starter, and main course. There are about 20 options of the main course, an impressive selection. PRO-TIP: Instead of the beverage that comes with the 3 for Me Menu, they are happy to upgrade the drink to a margarita if you ask! There will be an upgrade fee but its totally worth it. PRO-TIP #2: You can also upgrade the starter to a Dip Trio, or the dessert to a cheesecake. They will charge you extra for either.

So random, but this was my first time ever eating at a Chili's (and yes I'm a full grown adult, I know) and overall had a pretty good experience despite the other yelp reviews and what I've heard of its reputation. We came on a Friday night with a party of 2. Our order: big mouth bites, the 5 crispers (with buffalo ranch and honey mustard), and 2 drinks (I had the watermelon lemonade). Total cost after tax and tip was about ~$53. Pros: - Honestly, despite the outside of the building being dingey, it's quite clean inside. - Quick fast service, with easy to pay electronic device at your table for checking out whenever you're ready. - surprisingly the crispers were better than I expected, really well done bar-style food, honestly pretty tasty for a treat-yourself casual meal. The watermelon lemonade was also DELICOUS, one of the best non-alcoholic drinks I've had in a while. - Fast service, everyone was really professional and kind. I know a lot of the reviews on here are for bad service, but we were lucky enough to not experience any hiccups - Easy parking lot on a Friday night, we didn't have to wait at all. Cons: - I don't like that they don't list the prices for any of the drinks on the main menu, especially because usually drinks at these places are how these places make money. Overall I didn't hate it and I actually would come back! A little pricey if you add drinks into your meals, but I think you could enjoy a fairly affordable meal here with a big party / kids if you don't order drinks.
